Merchant Information & Purchase Guidelines

SuperFly Autos™ magazines see the world through print and digital publishing, and we work with trusted partners to produce and deliver each issue responsibly.

To help set clear expectations, the information below explains how orders are processed and how we can assist if something doesn’t go as planned.

Printing, payment, and fulfilment

All SuperFly Autos™ magazines are produced and distributed through established third-party partners.

  • Payments are processed securely via Payhip and Stripe

  • Print production and shipping are handled by Bookvault

These partners manage payment processing, printing schedules, and delivery logistics directly. While we don’t control those processes ourselves, we work closely with them to ensure issues are addressed properly where possible.

Discount codes

If you’re using a discount code, please apply it before completing your purchase, as discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

If you experience a genuine issue with a code, let us know — we’re happy to help where we can, including transferring a code to a future purchase.

Damaged goods

If your magazine arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. There is a limited timeframe in which we can raise damage claims with our print partner, so timely communication is important.

We may ask for photographs of the damage and order details to help resolve the issue efficiently.

Returns and refunds

Because magazines are produced on demand, returns are not generally possible once an order has been printed.

That said, if there is a problem with your order, we’ll always take the time to review it with you and work towards a fair and reasonable outcome within the parameters set by our fulfilment partners.
